BTS Spark has partnered with an international NGO providing humanitarian assistance in more than 70 countries. We co-created a leadership program comprising workshops, group coaching and on-the job application. Over the past four years we have supported 36 cohorts of leaders in both English and French and also delivered aligned workshops to additional groups of leaders.

BTS Spark has worked with the Midland Center for the Arts to grow and develop their leadership capacity. BTS Spark has helped Midland grow their leadership capability through offering targeted coaching programs for their executive and management teams. The focus has been on Leading Change, Leading Others and developing a shared vision to enhance cohesion and direction.

BTS Spark collaborated with Sparkassenstiftung to develop a board game simulation that teaches participants how to run a small business through the experience of running an orange juice stand. Over 200,000 people have benefited from this training. Materials are translated into Albanian, Arabic, Bahusa, Burmese, English, French, Kinyarwanda, Laotian, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and UzbekIsh.
