BTS Spark sits within BTS, an award-winning global consulting firm with four decades of leadership expertise and over 1,200 professionals worldwide. Our mission is to take the best of what BTS knows about leadership and bring it to the leaders and organisations driving educational and social change.
Meet the team
Our coaches, facilitators and directors bring deep sector knowledge and professional expertise to every leader they work with. Many have led schools, universities, and organisations themselves.
Our coach team is comprised of more than 400 coaches. They coach and facilitate in 38 languages across 45 countries globally. 75% of our coaches have worked with us for more than 5 years.
