Our new open enrollment programs are flexible and accessible for both individual leaders and schools or organisations enrolling their leaders. Individuals can sign up directly, and organisations can sponsor or nominate participants to invest in meaningful leadership development.

NEW! Leadership in Practice Series for Middle Leaders

An open-enrolment, public program for educators seeking practical leadership capability

The new Leadership in Practice Series focuses on building capability through practice, reflection, and real-world application. Across 2026–2027, we’ll offer three practical topics: Giving Feedback, Engaging Parents, and Coaching Conversations, so you can enrol in all of them or mix and match based on your interests and timing.

The program combines:
• 3 x 2-hour virtual workshops
• 2 × 60-min virtual coaching sessions
• 6-month AI-enabled Speak Like a Leader enrolment

Giving Feedback

This program enables you to become more confident and more competent at giving feedback to others to help them to develop. You will lose your fear of feedback as you practise holding a range of feedback conversations.

Starting May 2026

Engaging Parents

This program enables you to become more confident and more capable at interacting with parents, both engaging them as partners in their children’s learning and working through their concerns and difficult situations as they arise.

Starting September 2026

Coaching Conversations

This program enables leaders to develop the talent in their team, tap into their natural coaching style and learn from a professional leadership coach.

Starting March 2027

This program runs entirely virtually and can be accessed from anywhere.

The Leadership in Practice Series makes high-quality leadership learning more accessible than ever. As part of the experience, Speak like a Leader offers AI-enabled practice that allows participants to rehearse and refine real leadership conversations.
